Multicurrency Facility Note definition
Multicurrency Facility Note the promissory notes, if any, executed by Borrowers in favor of each Multicurrency Facility Lender to evidence the Multicurrency Facility Loans funded from time to time by such Multicurrency Facility Lender, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1 to this Agreement or such other form as Agent may agree, together with any replacement or successor notes therefor.
Multicurrency Facility Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit B-6, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Examples of Multicurrency Facility Note in a sentence
At the request of (a) any Multicurrency Facility Lender, the Borrowers shall deliver a Multicurrency Facility Note to such Multicurrency Facility Lender in the amount of such Multicurrency Facility Lender’s Multicurrency Facility Commitment and (b) any US Facility Lender, the US Borrowers shall deliver a US Facility Note to such US Facility Lender in the amount of such US Facility Lender’s US Facility Commitment.
