MULTIFAMILY LOAN definition
MULTIFAMILY LOAN. Each of the Group 2 Loans transferred and assigned to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Indenture, secured by a fee simple estate in a parcel of land improved by a multifamily property, together with any personal property, fixtures, leases and other property or rights pertaining thereto, as indicated in the related Mortgage Loan Schedule.
MULTIFAMILY LOAN. Any Mortgage Loan which is secured by Multifamily Property.
MULTIFAMILY LOAN. The Group 1 Mortgage Loan having a Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date of $1,014,755, and located in Boston, Massachusetts, which, as of the Closing Date, is being sub-serviced by Reilly, as indicated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

MULTIFAMILY LOAN. Each Mortgage Loan designated as a "Multifamily Loan" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
