Multiple Family Dwelling Unit definition

Multiple Family Dwelling Unit means, with respect to Special Tax B, a Unit within any residential building containing two or more dwelling units, including attached condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, and apartments, but excluding Gated Community Attached Dwelling Units.
Multiple Family Dwelling Unit means any buildings or apartment buildings so arranged, designed, built, rented, loaned, let or hired out to be used or occupied as the home, residence or dwelling unit of four or more families living independently of each other. This definition includes four-plexes, even if the owner lives in one of the units.
Multiple Family Dwelling Unit means a building or portion of a building containing more than two dwelling units.
