Multiple NSF Fees definition

Multiple NSF Fees means NSF Fees that were charged by Defendant during the Class Period for ACH and check transactions that were re-submitted by a merchant after being rejected for insufficient funds.
Multiple NSF Fees means nonsufficient funds fees that were charged and not refunded by Defendant from August 27, 2009 to April 30, 2019 for ACH and check transactions that were re-submitted by a merchant after being rejected for insufficient funds.
