Multiple Signatures. If this Account purports to require two or more signatures on any item, each Authorized Signatory acknowledges that such provision is solely for Depositor’s personal or internal control purposes and is not binding on Bank. Bank will not be liable for paying any item lacking the required number of signatures, if such item bears at least one authorized signature. NONMANUAL FORM OF SIGNATURE: If any items drawn on this Account are signed, countersigned and/or endorsed using any facsimile signature, stamp signature, mechanical signature, computer software generated signature or other non-manual form of signature (herein collectively referred to as “non-manual form of signature”), Depositor acknowledges that the use of such non-manual form of signature is solely for Depositor’s benefit and convenience. Each Authorized Signatory accepts sole responsibility for maintaining security over any device utilized for affixing each authorized signature on this Account.
Multiple Signatures. We do not offer accounts on which two (2) or more signatures are required for a check or withdrawal. We do not assume a duty to enforce multiple signature requirements that you may decide or agree upon yourselves. If you indicate on your checks or signature card or other account documents that more than one signature is required for withdrawal, this indication is for your own use and is not binding on us. We may disregard any instructions to permit withdrawals only upon more than one signature with respect to checks, electronic fund transfers and other withdrawal requests. We may pay out funds from your account if the check, item, or other withdrawal or transfer instruction is signed or approved by any one of the persons authorized to sign on the account and we are not liable to you if we do this.
Multiple Signatures. We are not required to comply with any multiple signature requirement. If you have indicated that more than one signature is required, we will not be liable if a check or other payment instruction is paid with only one signature. Facsimile Signature: We are authorized to pay any check bearing any form of facsimile, stamp or computer-generated signature as if it was your signature regardless of who placed the signature. You agree that you have sole responsibility for maintaining the security of any computer, stamp, or other device used to place your signature and that you bear the entire risk of unauthorized use regardless of any security methods you use or the form of signature you create.
