Multiple Source Award means an award of an indefinite quantity contract for one or more similar services, items of tangible personal property or construction to more than one Offeror.

Discrete source means a radionuclide that has been processed so that its concentration within a material has been purposely increased for use for commercial, medical, or research activities.
Multiple tomogram system means a computed tomography X-ray system which obtains X-ray transmission data simultaneously during a single scan to produce more than one tomogram.
Single Source means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, labor organization, or any other organization or group of persons which is not a political committee or political party.
Sole Source means a contractor providing goods or services of such a unique nature or sole availability at the location required that the contractor is clearly and justifiably the only practicable source to provide the goods or services. (RCW 39.26.010)
New sources means pervious and impervious urban land uses served by the MS4 developed or redeveloped on or after July 1, 2009.
Data Source Annual Fiscal Audit Report, Terms of Debt, Other Formal Notifications Received by School. Exceeds Standard The school has met standard for at least 3 consecutive years. Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations. Does Not Meet Standard School is currently in default of financial obligations.
Multiple purposes in relation to a property, shall mean the use of a property for more than one purpose.
Other Sources means (i) distributions or payments of Capital Commitment Partner Carried Interest (which shall include amounts of Capital Commitment Partner Carried Interest which are not distributed or paid to a Partner but are instead contributed to a trust (or similar arrangement) to satisfy any “holdback” obligation with respect thereto), and (ii) distributions from Blackstone Entities (other than the Partnership) to such Partner.
Multiple Listing Service A means for collecting and disseminating information about real property that is or has been for sale, including a means for real estate brokers to make offers of cooperation and compensation to each other. Multiple Listing Services may also include, without limitation, the provision of data processing, technical support, consulting, and other information technology services to real estate brokers and appraisers in connection with the sale and appraisal of real property.
Multiple Dwelling means a building containing three or more dwelling units.
Sole source procurement means a procurement without competition pursuant to a determination under Subsection 63G-6a-802(1)(a) that there is only one source for the procurement item.
Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.
Price Source Disruption means (a) the failure of the Price Source to announce or publish the Reference Price (or the information necessary for determining the Reference Price); or (b) the temporary or permanent discontinuance or unavailability of the Price Source.
Fund Source means any direct or indirect sum payable to the Contractor by the County pursuant to any lawful obligation.
Multiple Exchange Index means an Index identified or specified as such in the definition of Indices.
Area source means any stationary source of hazardous air pollutants that is not a major source as defined in rule 567—22.100(455B).
Minor source means any sta- tionary source that does not meet the definition of major stationary source in paragraph (b)(1) of this section for any pollutant at the time the PAL is issued.

Bloomberg Screen SOFRRATE Page means the Bloomberg screen designated “SOFRRATE” or any successor page or service;
Multiple-family dwelling means a property containing 5 or more residential units, including those which are occupied seasonally.
Primary Source means the Screen Page specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement and (in the case of any Screen Page provided by any information service other than the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (“Reuters”)) agreed to by the Agent Bank;
Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing or “MECAB” means the document prepared by the Billing Committee of the OBF, which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECAB document, published by ATIS as ATIS/OBF-MECAB- Issue 6, February 1998, contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access services provided to an IXC by two (2) or more LECs, or by one LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA.
New source means any building, structure, facility or installation from which there is or may be a discharge of pollutants, the construction of which commenced after the publication of proposed Pretreatment Standards under section 307(c) of the Act which will be applicable to such source if such Standards are thereafter promulgated in accordance with that section, provided that:
Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.
