Municipal prosecutor definition

Municipal prosecutor means a person appointed to prosecute all offenses over which the municipal court has jurisdiction.
Municipal prosecutor means: (1) a person appointed to prosecute all offenses over which the municipal court has jurisdiction; or (2) the county prosecutor in any county that has established a county-municipal court.
Municipal prosecutor means an attorney-at-law of the State of New Jersey appointed by the appropriate governing body to act as a Municipal Prosecutor for the municipality, municipalities, or county covered by that governing body.
