Municipal Requirements definition
Municipal Requirements means all applicable municipal by-laws, rules, policies, standards, manuals and guidelines;
Municipal Requirements means the requirements described in Schedule C which apply to Municipalities as a condition of receiving Funds under this Agreement and which will be included in all Funding Agreements.

The Town Engineer may permit variation of both the Municipal Requirements and cross- sections shown in Schedule F of this agreement.
