Musical Composition definition

Musical Composition and "Composition" shall mean a single musical composition and, for the purposes of computing mechanical royalties hereunder, shall include medleys and spoken word pieces. Different versions of a Composition embodied on the same Phonograph Record will be considered one (1) Composition (and one(1) Selection) for all purposes hereunder.
