MUTUAL ADJUSTMENT definition
MUTUAL ADJUSTMENT means an adjustment to any fee or charge specified under this Agreement, arrived at through good faith negotiations between the parties, and reflecting a change of more than 5 % in the general average living costs (as calculated and published from time to time by the Statistisches Bundesamt) from the Effective Date of this Agreement, or from the date of the last adjustment to the fees and charges.
