Mutual Area definition
Mutual Area means those areas or structures within the Development which have been designated as areas which the Association are obliged to maintain inclusive of but not restricted to the security wall, entrance and buildings erected at such entrance, designated open areas or park, an office complex and basic office furniture to be used therein and all storm-water flood retention structures of whatever nature;
