Mutual Termination Event definition

Mutual Termination Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7 hereof.

More Definitions of Mutual Termination Event

Mutual Termination Event has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).

Mutual Termination Event shall have the meaning specified in the Master Venture Agreement.
