M&V Consultant means the third-party engineer with whom TFC has entered into a professional services agreement for the Project to review the Utility Cost Reduction Measures and the measurement and verification of savings.

M&V Consultant means a third party technical consultant or successor thereof approved by the OPA and retained by the Participant to perform such services as may be required for the purposes of certifying Measurement and Verification Plans to the satisfaction of the OPA and delivering Verification Certificates pursuant to this Agreement and in accordance with the Program Rules.

Examples of M&V Consultant in a sentence

  • To the extent the M&V Consultant provides energy calculations and modelling related to the Site, City may at its discretion evaluate and validate the M&V Consultant’s work including, but not limited to: Avoided Energy Use calculations, Baseline Model, and Non- Routine Adjustments.

  • The equations that govern the Baseline Model will be provided to the EE Developer in writing by the City or its M&V Consultant and will be used to quantify Avoided Energy Use and Efficiency Energy.

  • City will provide information to M&V Consultant regarding Baseline Energy Use and Avoided Energy Use.
