MVNO Services definition

MVNO Services means Public Mobile Wireless Services that are provided by an MVNO.
MVNO Services means the Services provided pursuant to this Agreement to DISH MVNO Subscribers.
MVNO Services means services whereby Agility are leasing telephone and data spectrum from a Network Provider acting as a mobile virtual network operator (under the name Agility Mobile or any other name operated by ASGR Trading Limited and the provision of telecommunications and data services which does not require the Customer to enter in to a separate Network Contract in addition to the Contract. Network Contract: a contract entered or to be entered in to between the Customer and a Network Provider in addition to the Contract for the provision of Network Services Network Provider: means a third party telecommunications network provider including, but not limited to EE Limited, Vodafone Limited or Telefonica UK Ltd (O2) or A1 Comms Limited Network Services: the supply of telecommunications or data services provided by a Network Provider. Order: the Customer's order for the supply of Services and/or Mobile Equipment, as set out in the Application Form or Purchase Order. Purchase Order: any purchase order issued by Agility to the Customer detailing the Services and subsequently signed by or on behalf of the Customer. Services: the services supplied by Agility to the Customer as set out in the Order including, but not limited to MVNO Services or the procurement of Network Services. Small Business Customer: a Customer with not more than 10 employees Term Fees: in respect of MVNO Services, the fees calculated by multiplying the remaining number of months of the Minimum Period by the monthly charges for the Services or

Examples of MVNO Services in a sentence

  • The payment under this clause 9 shall be made monthly in equal instalments starting with the first payment within 90 days of receipt of the Customer’s invoice issued in accordance with clause 9.1 (or credit 1 month from the connection of the services in the case of MVNO Services) and ending at the Review point referred to in clause 15.

  • Reseller agrees not to use any Confidential Information for its own benefit or for any other purpose outside the scope of providing the MVNO Services without express written consent thereto.

  • No invoice shall be required where Agility are providing MVNO Services.

  • Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, each SIG Party will be responsible for all services provided to its End Users, such as the MVNO Services and other services it provides, End User credit verification, billing, collection, customer service, and all support necessary to provide MVNO Service.

  • Providing the Customer has complied with all obligations under clause 7 (and clause 2 where applicable) and providing the Customer is not in breach of the Contract, subject to clause 10.3 (or 10.4 in the case of MVNO Services), Ice shall reimburse the Customer with the Buyout specified in the Order upon receipt of VAT invoices for the amount of the Buyout from the Customer’s old supplier and from the Customer to Ice (the value of the Buyout specified in the Order shall be inclusive of VAT).

  • No invoice shall be required where Affinity Business Partners limited are providing MVNO Services.

  • Subject to clause 10.3 (or 10.4 in the case of MVNO Services), Affinity Business Partners limited shall reimburse the Customer with the Buyout specified in the Order upon receipt of a VAT invoice from the Customer to Affinity Business Partners for the amount of the Buyout (the value of the Buyout specified in the Order shall be inclusive of VAT).

  • Affinity Business Partners limited may invoice on a monthly basis for MVNO Services.

  • No invoice shall be required where Zusi are providing MVNO Services.

Network Contract: a contract entered or to be entered in to between the Customer and a Network Provider in addition to the Contract for the provision of Network Services Network Provider: means a third party telecommunications network provider including, but not limited to EE Limited, Plan Communications Ltd, Vodafone Limited or Telefonica UK Ltd (O2).
MVNO Services means the services set out in Part F of the Service Description; Offer Period is defined in clause 31 (employees); Operational Change is defined in the Service Operating Model; Operational or Roadmap Change is defined in the Change Management Procedure; Operational Processes is defined in clause 2 (services); Operational Services is defined in the Service Operating Model; Pass-Through Costs is defined in the Charges Schedule; Pass-Through Service is defined in the Pass-Through Services Schedule; Pass-Through Services Schedule means Schedule 5; Permitted Assignee is defined in clause 32 (assignment and subcontracting); Platform is defined in the Service Operating Model;
MVNO Services means services whereby Affinity Business Partners limited are leasing telephone and data spectrum from a Network Provider acting as a mobile & VoIP virtual network operator (under the name Affinity Business Partners limited or any other name operated by Affinity Business Partners limited) and the provision of telecommunications and data services which does not require the Customer to enter in to a separate Network Contract in addition to the Contract. Network Contract: a contract entered or to be entered in to between the Customer and a Network Provider in addition to the Contract for the provision of Network Services Network Provider: means a third party telecommunications network provider including, but not limited to EE Limited, Plan Communications Ltd, Vodafone Limited, Daisy Distribution, Daisy PLC or Telefonica UK Ltd (O2).
