Mylar Record Drawings. At the completion of the installation of any required public improvements or utilities in the right-of-way, and before a 'punch list' inspection is scheduled, the Engineer shall perform a record survey. Said survey shall be the basis for the preparation of 'record drawings' which will serve as the physical record of those changes made to the plans and/or specifications, originally approved by City Staff, that occurred during construction. Using the record survey as a guide, the appropriate changes will be made to the construction plans and/or specifications and a complete revised 'set' shall be submitted.
