MyPeopleDoc definition
MyPeopleDoc allows the Beneficiary to create a personal electronic storage area (electronic vault) from which the Beneficiary can download, print and share documents addressed MyPeopleDoc Documents as well as any document previously stored MyPeopleDoc allows the Beneficiary, after having agreed its terms and conditions of use, to: • view, download, print and share MyPeopleDoc Documents, to Beneficiaries who are Active Employees, • store its documents in MyPeopleDoc, during their membership period to MyPeopleDoc Service even if the Beneficiary is not an Active Employee anymore, • to store its payslips in MyPeopleDoc for a fifty (50) years period from the deposit, which remain accessible to Beneficiaries during this period even if the Beneficiary is not an Active Employee anymore, • depose personal documents in an autonomous way in respect with the terms and conditions of use of MyPeopleDoc. MyPeopleDoc ensures the intelligibility of payslips, the integrity of payslips, data confidentiality and accessibility, that any operations concerning the payslips are traceable.
