N OTICES. All notices or invoices arising out of, or from, the provisions of this Agreement shall be in writing and given to the parties at the address provided under this Agreement, either by regular mail, facsimile, e-mail, or delivery in person. All notices sent via the U.S. Postal Service are deemed effective on the date of postmark. Notices and invoices mailed through another carrier (e.g., UPS or FedEx) are effective upon receipt.
