NADA Wholesale Value definition

NADA Wholesale Value means the wholesale value published in the most recent NADA Small Boat Appraisal Guide, but if no wholesale value is available for the boat in such guide, then it shall be the wholesale value published in the most recent BUC Used Boat Price Guide.
NADA Wholesale Value means the retail and wholesale value, respectively, of a Manufactured Home as stated in the then current N.A.D.A. Manufactured Housing Appraisal Guide published by National Appraisal Guides, Inc., or any successor publication similarly recognized by the trade and approved by Buyer.
NADA Wholesale Value means the wholesale value published in the most -------------------- recent NADA Recreational Vehicle Guide.

Related to NADA Wholesale Value

  • Average Wholesale Price or “AWP” means the benchmark price established by a nationally available reporting service as selected by SOUTHERN SCRIPTS based on the 11-digit National Drug Code (“NDC”) of the Covered Medication dispensed by PHARMACY.

  • Applicable Value means, as of any date, with respect to each Share, the fair value of such Share, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors.

  • Wholesale price means the average price paid by a wholesaler to a manufacturer for a product distributed for retail sale. "Wholesale price" includes a deduction for any customary prompt payment discounts. [PL 2005, c. 401, Pt. A, §2 (NEW).]

  • Inventory Value means the cost of property purchased by the trustee and the market value of other property at the time it became subject to the trust, but the trustee may use any value finally determined for the purposes of an estate or other transfer tax;

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).
