NADS ASSETS means the undertaking and all the property and assets of the NADS Business of every kind and description wheresoever situated including, without limitation, NADS Equipment, NADS Inventory, NADS Material Contracts, NADS Accounts Receivable, NADS Cash, NADS Intangible Assets and NADS Goodwill, and all credit cards, charge cards and banking cards issued to NADS;
