NAESB Agreement definition

NAESB Agreement means that certain North American Energy Standards Board, Inc.’s Base Contract for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas, including any special provisions or addendums thereto, dated June 29, 2009, by and between IDT and BP.
NAESB Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 1(a).
NAESB Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Acquisition Agreement.

  • Termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 12.1 shall not affect the continued effectiveness of the EEI Agreement, the NAESB Agreement, the ISDA Agreement, and any Transactions confirmed under any of the foregoing, or the Master Netting Agreement.

  • Subject to Section 2.11(d), during the Interim Gas Marketing Period, Noble shall pay or reimburse CONSOL Operator a monthly marketing fee equal to $0.02 for each MMBtu of Noble's Gas Production that is purchased by CONSOL Operator from Noble pursuant to the NAESB Agreement (the “Marketing Fee”), in accordance with Section 7.2.
