NAIC Investment Grade Securities definition
NAIC Investment Grade Securities means (i) debt securities or -------------------------------- debt instruments with a rating of Class (2) or higher by NAIC or the equivalent of such rating by NAIC (excluding any debt securities or instruments constituting loans or advances among the Company and its Subsidiaries) and (ii) equity securities of any fund investing exclusively in investments of the type described in clause (i) above.
