Named Organization means any organization who has applied to and been accepted by Volunteers Insurance Service Association as a qualified member, and is shown on the certificate.

  • The Named Organization will act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to: the giving or receiving of any notices under this Policy; the payment of premiums to, and receiving of return premiums from, the Underwriter; the receiving and acceptance of any endorsements issued to form a part of this Policy; and the exercising or declining to exercise any Extended Reporting Period.

  • The Named Organization may purchase an Extended Reporting Period for one of the periods of time stated in ITEM 12 of the Declarations by notifying the Underwriter in writing of its intention to do so no later than sixty (60) days after the Termination Date.
