NASDAQ Bank Index definition
NASDAQ Bank Index. The index commonly known as the NASDAQ Bank Index as reported by NASDAQ. In the event that the NASDAQ Bank Index is no longer reported by NASDAQ, the administrative Manager shall select another index in substitution thereof.
NASDAQ Bank Index has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(f).
NASDAQ Bank Index means the NASDAQ Market Index Sector, having the trading symbol “IXBK,” for certain bank stocks grouped by NASDAQ.

NASDAQ Bank Index means the NASDAQ Bank Index as currently published by the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc., or, if not then published, a comparable index as mutually agreed upon by Omega and Sun.
NASDAQ Bank Index has the meaning given the term in Section 7.1(j) of this Agreement.
NASDAQ Bank Index on a given date, means the Nasdaq Bank Index, as such index value is reported by Bloomberg News Service on such date.
