Nasdaq Official Closing Price means the closing price of a Common Share as reported on the “Historical NOCP” section of the web site Nxxxxx.xxx for the ticker symbol “GOEV.”
Nasdaq Official Closing Price means the closing price for a share of Common Stock as reported on the “Historical NOCP” section of the web site Nasdaq.com for the ticker symbol “INV.”
Nasdaq Official Closing Price means the NASDAQ Official Closing Price as determined by the NASDAQ Closing Cross;
