Nation Gaming Facility means any existing and future establishment of the Nation (i) upon which Gaming takes place, (ii) which is authorized and licensed under applicable law, and (iii) which the Council designates for ownership, lease, development, construction, operation or management by the Company, including without limitation any Class III Gaming facilities established in accordance with the Compact.
