National action plan means action plan at national level carried out in a certain period.
National action plan means the Borrower’s National Action Plan for Social Inclusion adopted by the Borrower’s Council of Ministers in September 28, 2004 and outlining the principal challenges in relation to tackling poverty and social exclusion;
