National Enterprise definition

National Enterprise means an enterprise listed in Attachment 1 to Schedule 1 of this VET Funding Contract (as amended by the Department from time to time).
National Enterprise means an enterprise more than 50% of which is owned directly or indirectly by a citizen, unless the control exercisable in law or by any agreement between the shareholders, or by agreement between the shareholders or the enterprise and a third party, or in practice, in maintained by a person other than a citizen;
National Enterprise means an enterprise listed in Attachment 1 to Schedule 1 of this VET Funding Contract. The Department may add or remove enterprises from the listing in Attachment 1 to Schedule 1 of this VET Funding Contract at its discretion. An enterprise is deemed to have been removed from the listing in Attachment 1 to Schedule 1 of this VET Funding Contract in the event that the conditions of Clause 3.4 j) are not met. National Register has the same meaning as in s 3 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth). Party/Parties mean the parties to this VET Funding Contract.

Examples of National Enterprise in a sentence

  • In such case, the National Enterprise shall be the beneficiary, on account of and pro rata to its participation, of the same rights and subject to the same obligations as those of the Contractor defined in this Contract, subject to the provisions of this Article 21.

  • The association of the National Enterprise to the Contractor, shall not under any circumstance cause void nor affect the rights of the other entities constituting the Contractor to have recourse to the arbitration clause provided in Article 28 here below.

  • The National Enterprise shall be individually responsible vis-à-vis the State for its obligations such as provided in this Contract.

  • The borrower undertakes that the information published in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (“Publicity System” hereafter) is true, complete and legally valid.

  • The Borrower promises that the information disclosed in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System is true, complete, legal and valid, and promises persistently to agree with the Lender’s inquiries for the information that the company chooses to publicize or not chooses to publicize in the system.

  • Additionally, to assist the National Enterprise with capacity building the Contractor, other than the National Enterprise, will advance to the National Enterprise, for each Calendar Year during the exploration period until first production is achieved from an Exploration Perimeter, an annual amount of two hundred thousand Dollars ($200,000) reimbursable by the National Enterprise in the event there is exploitation from the the Exploration Perimeter.

  • Any default of the National Enterprise to execute any of its obligations shall not be considered as a default of the other entities making up the Contractor and shall in no event be invoked by the State in order to cancel this Contract.
