National Enterprise definition

National Enterprise means an enterprise listed in Attachment 1 to Schedule 1 of this VET Funding Contract (as amended by the Department from time to time).
National Enterprise means an enterprise more than 50% of which is owned directly or indirectly by a citizen, unless the control exercisable in law or by any agreement between the shareholders, or by agreement between the shareholders or the enterprise and a third party, or in practice, in maintained by a person other than a citizen;
National Enterprise means an enterprise listed in Attachment 1 to Schedule 1 of this VET Funding Contract. The Department may add or remove enterprises from the listing in Attachment 1 to Schedule 1 of this VET Funding Contract at its discretion. An enterprise is deemed to have been removed from the listing in Attachment 1 to Schedule 1 of this VET Funding Contract in the event that the conditions of Clause 3.4 j) are not met. National Register has the same meaning as in s 3 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth). Party/Parties mean the parties to this VET Funding Contract.
