At any time after 31 December 2010 but prior to 31 December 2014 that the NICO Fund is less than the NIC Post Profit Incurred Position, within ten Business Days of receiving notice from National Indemnity or Agents (or, if later, the date on which the Post Profit Incurred Position is determined in accordance with Schedule 6), Converium shall pay to National Indemnity such additional amount as shall be required for the NICO Fund to equal the Post Profit Incurred Position.
