National Parks definition

National Parks means the Recipient’s five national parks, namely: Cacheu Mangrove Forest National Park, Cantanhez Forest National Park, Cufada Lakes National Park, JoãoVieira and Poilão National Marine Park and Orango National Marine Park.
National Parks means the Borrower’s designated national parks; namely, Chimanimani, Chizarira, Gonarezhou, Hwange, Kazuma Pan, Mana Pools, Matobo, Matusadona, Nyanga, Zambezi and Victoria Falls; and
National Parks means South African National Parks;

National Parks means the land and waters described and mapped in Schedule G which are reserved as national parks or nature reserves within the meaning of the NPWA and are within the Consent Determination Area.

  • National Park means land that, by reason of section 17, is a national park for the purposes of this Act;

  • Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.

  • Airside means, generally, those areas of an Airport which requires a person to pass through a security checkpoint to access. References to "sterile areas" generally mean Airside areas within terminal buildings. References to "Airfield", "Aircraft Operations Area", "AOA", or "Secured areas" generally mean outdoor Airside areas or areas not accessible to passengers.

  • Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.
