National Registration Database definition

National Registration Database or "NRD" means the online electronic database of registration information regarding NRD filers and includes the computer system providing for the transmission, receipt, review, and dissemination of that registration information by electronic means;
National Registration Database or "NRD" means the online electronic database of registration and approval information regarding Members, their registered or approved partners, officers, directors, employees or agents and other firms and individuals registered under securities legislation in Canada other than the Province of Quebec, and includes the computer system providing for the transmission, receipt, review and dissemination of that registration information by electronic means.
