NC Capital Mortgage Loan. A Mortgage Loan which was acquired from NC Capital by the Unaffiliated Seller pursuant to the NC Capital Purchase Agreement, and which has been acquired by the Trust Fund.
NC Capital Mortgage Loan. Each Mortgage Loan purchased by the Sponsor pursuant to the NC Capital Purchase Agreement and identified as a "NC Capital Mortgage Loan" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
