NCG Transaction shall have the meaning set out in Clause 2 of this DPA Appendix;
Examples of NCG Transaction in a sentence
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of a NCG Transaction and the provisions of either this DPA Appendix or the General Agreement (as amended by this DPA Appendix), the terms of the NCG Transaction shall prevail for the purposes of that NCG Transaction.
