Necessary Equipment definition

Necessary Equipment means that equipment, provided by the LEA, which is required by the medical therapy unit staff to provide medically necessary occupational therapy and/or physical therapy services to a pupil with a medical therapy program eligible condition.
Necessary Equipment means any and all test programs, software (and related documentation), hardware, tooling, molds, fixtures or other equipment purchased by SUPPLIER and not reimbursed by BUYER and used by SUPPLIER to manufacture and/or assemble the Products.
Necessary Equipment means but is not limited to equipment which meets applicable state and federal safety and security standards, is structurally sound, and is suitable for transporting its contents without damage.
