Necessary Governmental Approvals definition

Necessary Governmental Approvals means the government approvals set forth in Clause 18.6 (Government Approvals).
Necessary Governmental Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04 (Governmental Approvals).
Necessary Governmental Approvals means the approvals of all applicable Governmental Authorities in connection with the Banking Filings (other than in respect of the Bank Merger).

More Definitions of Necessary Governmental Approvals

Necessary Governmental Approvals means, as of any date, all Governmental Approvals, required under Requirements of Law in connection with (i) the due execution, delivery and performance by any Project Party of the Transaction Documents to which it is a party and (ii) the development, construction, operation and ownership of the Project as contemplated by the Transaction Documents on or prior to such date.
Necessary Governmental Approvals. All Governmental Approvals required in connection with (i) the due execution, delivery and performance by any party of the this Agreement and/or any Contract or Land Contract and (ii) the development, construction, operation and ownership of the Project.
Necessary Governmental Approvals means all Permits which under applicable Requirements of Law are required to be obtained by any Group Member for or in connection with (i) the due execution, delivery and performance by the Borrower of the Loan Documents, (ii) the due execution, delivery and performance by any Group Member of the Related Documents, (iii) the development, engineering, construction, testing, start-up, ownership, use, maintenance and operation of the Pipeline System, (iv) the Borrowing of the Term Loans by the Borrower and the use of the proceeds thereof in the manner and on the terms set forth herein and (v) the grant by the Borrower of the Liens granted under the Security Documents or the validity, perfection and enforceability thereof or for the exercise by the Administrative Agent of its rights and remedies thereunder.
