Negative Adjusted Working Capital definition

Negative Adjusted Working Capital means, as of any date, the amount, if any, by which the current liabilities other than Ratio Debt (under clauses (a) through and including (h) of such definition) of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries exceed the current assets of such Persons as of such date.
Negative Adjusted Working Capital means, at any date, the amount, if any, by which current liabilities other than Ratio Debt (under clauses (a) through and including (h) of such definition) of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries exceeds current assets of such Persons, determined on a consolidated basis as of such date.
