Negligent omission definition
Negligent omission as referred to in this Lease as to any Pre-Existing Environmental Condition or any Third Party Environmental Condition, shall not include any failure of Tenant to control any migration of any Hazardous Material which constitutes any component of the Pre-Existing Environmental Condition or the Third Party Environmental Condition.
Negligent omission is defined in Section 12.1(d).
