Negotiable Document definition

Negotiable Document means a Document that is “negotiable” within the meaning of Article 7 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
Negotiable Document means a document, such as a warehouse receipt or bill of lading, that embodies a right to delivery of tangible assets and satisfies the requirements for negotiability;
Negotiable Document means a "Document" as defined in Section 9-102(a)(30) of the NYUCC, but shall in no event include Bank Loans or Trade Payables.

  • Any Pledged Collateral evidenced or represented by any Instrument or Negotiable Document shall be delivered promptly to the Administrative Agent, duly endorsed, if applicable, in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, to be held as Collateral pursuant to this Agreement, and all of such property owned by any Grantor as of the Closing Date shall be delivered on the Closing Date.
