Net Available Fair Fund definition

Net Available Fair Fund means the Fair Fund, plus any interest or earnings, less Administrative Costs.

Net Available Fair Fund means the Fair Fund, less any amounts expended for tax obligations, fees and expenses of the Distribution Agent and Tax Administrator, and the fees of the Bureau of Fiscal Services in accordance with this Distribution Plan.
