Net Cash After Operations means net cash from operating activities under the indirect method described in FASB 95, plus interest paid net of amounts capitalized under FASB 95.
Net Cash After Operations means, for the fiscal year of the Borrower, the amount of net cash provided by operating activities, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied under the direct method, as described in Statement of the Financial Accounting Standards Board No. 95 - Statement of Cash Flows ("FASB 95"), but adjusted by adding back any interest paid (net of amount capitalized) under FASB 95.
