Net Cash Distribution definition
Net Cash Distribution is defined in Section 9.2(a)(iv).
Net Cash Distribution means the Cash Payment Amount less (1) the Fee and 19 Cost Award, (2) the Named Plaintiff Award, (3) 75% of the Tier 1 PAGA Payment and 75% of 20 the Tier 2 PAGA Payments, and (4) Administration Costs, as approved and awarded by the 22 Costs not awarded shall become part of the Net Cash Distribution.

The balance of the Cash Payment Amount after the deductions described above is called the Net Cash Distribution.
The Individual Class Settlement Payments 26 will be calculated by multiplying the Net Cash Distribution by each Settlement Class Member’s 27 Percentage Class Share, and the result of this multiplication will be the Settlement Class 28 Member’s Individual Class Settlement Payment.
