Net Cash Provided by Operations means as to any Performance Period, the Company’s or a business unit’s Net Income plus adjustments to reconcile Net Income to Net Cash Provided by Operations, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles or on a non-GAAP basis consistent with the Company’s practices.
Net Cash Provided by Operations means for any period, the Net Income of the Borrowers on a consolidated basis for such period plus amortization and depreciation expense of the Borrowers for such period plus cash extraordinary gains (other than from a disposition) less Capital Expenditures of the Borrowers for such period (to the extent permitted by the terms of this Agreement), less increases in working capital (or plus decreases in working capital) of the Borrowers during such period.
