Net Debt Ratio definition

Net Debt Ratio means a fraction where the numerator is an amount equal to Net Debt and the denominator is an amount equal to the sum of Net Debt plus Equity.
Net Debt Ratio means the ratio of (a) the sum of (i) Indebtedness for Borrowed Money (and similar obligations under debt like securities) minus (ii) the Unrestricted Cash, Cash Equivalent and Marketable Securities Amount and minus (iii) restricted cash, to (b) EBITDA.
Net Debt Ratio means, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, the ratio of (x) the excess of Consolidated Total Debt on such day over the Net Debt Cash Amount on such day to (y) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending as of such day.

Net Debt Ratio has the meaning set out in Clause 10.2 (Financial Conditions).
