Net Distribution Amount definition

Net Distribution Amount means, for any period, the amount of fees paid to AMH under any keep-well agreement relating to the Music Project and then paid as distributions in cash to the Borrower by AMH to the extent permitted thereunder.
Net Distribution Amount means the amount of individual payments that all Settlement Class Members (as defined below) will retain after repayment of their pro-rata share of Court-awarded (i) attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses to compensate Class Counsel for services rendered in investigating, commencing and prosecuting the Lawsuit, including the Appeal, that resulted in the Settlement, and (ii) costs incurred by the Tax Collector in connection with the Notice Program (as defined below).
Net Distribution Amount shall have the meanings set forth in Subdivision A of Article FIRST;

Examples of Net Distribution Amount in a sentence

  • For example, if a Class Member’s percentage of the Full Recovery Amount is 0.25%, and the Net Distribution Amount is $3,000,000.00, then that Class Member’s Individual Settlement Amount would be $7,500.00 (subject to the applicable tax withholdings as described in Section 3.5.) A Class Member shall only be entitled to receive that Class Member’s percentage of the Net Settlement Fund as calculated above.

  • For example, if 50 Class Members submit timely Opt-out Statements and the total cumulative percentage of the Gross Settlement Amount for those 50 Class Members is 5%, then that 5% will be evenly redistributed amongst all Opt-In Plaintiffs, so that Individual Settlement Amounts will equal one hundred percent (100%) of the Net Distribution Amount.

  • Eligible Investors will be asked to confirm the Estimated Net Distribution Amount or provide documentation if they disagree with the Estimated Net Distribution Amount (asdefined in Section VII).

  • A recalculation will then take place to determine eachremaining Eligible Investor’s Estimated Net Distribution Amount.

More Definitions of Net Distribution Amount

Net Distribution Amount means the amount in the Settlement Fund after payments out of the Settlement Fund pursuant to this Settlement Agreement and approved by the Court for any of the following: any Attorneys’ Fees and Costs; any individual settlement and service award to the Plaintiff.
Net Distribution Amount means the total amount paid to SETTLEMENT CLASS MEMBERS who submit QUALIFIED CLAIMS, including PAYROLL TAXES AND REQUIRED WITHHOLDING deducted by the SETTLEMENT ADMINISTRATOR.
Net Distribution Amount means, as of any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Distributable Cash Flow calculated as of the immediately preceding Semi-Annual Date minus the amount by which (i) the sum of all amounts withdrawn during the period from such Semi-Annual Date and to and including such Distribution Date as required with clauses (a) through (e), (g), (i), (j) and (k) of Section 5.2 exceeds (ii) all Revenues deposited into the Revenue Account during such period; provided, that in no event shall, as of any Distribution Date, the Net Distribution Amount exceed the amount of Distributable Cash Flow calculated as of the immediately preceding Semi-Annual Date.
Net Distribution Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, as set
Net Distribution Amount means the amount to be distributed from the Net Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members.

Related to Net Distribution Amount

  • Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class A Certificates, any Mezzanine Certificates and any Class CE Certificates, the aggregate Accrued Certificate Interest on the Certificates of such Class for such Distribution Date.

  • Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.

  • Class B-6 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-6 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs twentieth, twenty-first and twenty-second of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class IO Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.07(f) hereof. For purposes of clarity, the Class IO Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Supplemental Interest Trust on such Distribution Date in excess of the amount payable on the Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 5.07(f) hereof.

  • Class C Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Current Interest for the Class C Interest for such Distribution Date, (ii) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (iii) without duplication, any Subsequent Recoveries not distributed to the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates on such Distribution Date; provided, however, that, on any Distribution Date after the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, the Class C Distribution Amount shall include the Overcollateralization Amount.

  • Current Class A Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph first of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v), (a)(vi) and (a)(vii), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.

  • Class B Distribution Amount Any of the Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 or Class B-6 Distribution Amounts.

  • Tax Distribution Amount means, with respect to a Member’s Units, whichever of the following applies with respect to the applicable Tax Distribution, in each case in amount not less than zero:

  • Class B-5 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-5 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Current Class B Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class B Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth and twentieth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Class B-4 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-4 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fourteenth, fifteenth, and sixteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Accrual Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date prior to the applicable Accretion Termination Date and any Class of Accrual Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Class A Interest Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the Current Class A Interest Distribution Amount and (ii) the Class A Interest Shortfall Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph second of Section 4.01(a)(i) on such Distribution Date.   • Total Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Interest Remittance Amounts for such date; (ii) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such date; and (iii) all Prepayment Premiums collected during the related Prepayment Period.

  • Class A Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates), the amount distributable to such Class of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs first, second and third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a). As to any Distribution Date and the Class A-PO Certificates, the amount distributable to the Class A-PO Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs third clause (B) and fourth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • M2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Class A and Class M1 Certificates, in each case after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M2 Target Amount.

  • M1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M1 Target Amount.

  • Extra Principal Distribution Amount As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the related Total Monthly Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (y) the related Subordination Deficiency for such Distribution Date.

  • Available Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, each Loan Group, an amount equal to (a) the sum of (i) the amount relating to the Mortgage Loans on deposit in the Custodial Account as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Determination Date, including any Subsequent Recoveries, and amounts deposited in the Custodial Account in connection with the substitution of Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loans, (ii) the amount of any Advance made on the immediately preceding Certificate Account Deposit Date, (iii) any amount deposited in the Certificate Account on the related Certificate Account Deposit Date pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 3.12(a), (iv) any amount deposited in the Certificate Account pursuant to Section 4.07, (v) any amount that the Master Servicer is not permitted to withdraw from the Custodial Account or the Certificate Account pursuant to Section 3.16(e), (vi) any amount received by the Trustee pursuant to the Surety Bond in respect of such Distribution Date and (vii) the proceeds of any Pledged Assets received by the Master Servicer, reduced by (b) the sum as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Determination Date of (w) aggregate Foreclosure Profits, (x) the Amount Held for Future Distribution, and (y) amounts permitted to be withdrawn by the Master Servicer from the Custodial Account in respect of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to clauses (ii)-(x), inclusive, of Section 3.10(a). Such amount shall be determined separately for each Loan Group. Additionally, with respect to any Mortgage Pool that is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, if on any Distribution Date Compensating Interest provided pursuant to this Section 3.16(e) is less than Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in connection with Principal Prepayments in Full and Curtailments made in the prior calendar month, such Compensating Interest shall be allocated on such Distribution Date to the Available Distribution Amount for each Loan Group on a pro rata basis in accordance with the respective amounts of such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group in respect of such Distribution Date.

  • M3 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates and the Class M1 and Class M2 Certificates, in each case after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M3 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M3 Target Amount.
