Net Fundraising Proceeds definition
Net Fundraising Proceeds has the meaning given to that term in Clause 9.4 (Mandatory prepayment from Net Fundraising Proceeds).
Net Fundraising Proceeds means the net revenues from all events, projects, or initiatives, which are intended, in whole or in part, to generate revenues for the Society.
Net Fundraising Proceeds means an amount equal to any cash or cash equivalent proceeds received by any member of the Group:

The actual revenues for the following: ▪ Net Fundraising Proceeds; ▪ Rental revenues, and other fees for services; ▪ Externally unrestricted donations and sponsorships; and ▪ Other Operational Funding.
Projected Net Fundraising Proceeds, rental revenues and other fees for services, externally unrestricted donations and sponsorships, and Other Operational Funding.
The operational funding for a given year will be equal to 100% of the Approved Eligible Expenses, less 75% of the following actual revenues (subject to the provisions identified in the Reconciliation Report Section): Net Fundraising Proceeds; rental revenues; Externally Unrestricted Donations or Sponsorship; Other Operational Grants.
