Net Generation Capacity definition

Net Generation Capacity means, as of any Pricing Certificate Date for the calendar year then most recently ended, total Capacity less any such Capacity derived from (a) nuclear sources, (b) hydroelectric sources and (c) stored sources, in each case as identified in the applicable KPI Metrics Certificate.
Net Generation Capacity means the sum of the WTG Capacities of all Wind Turbines in the Generating Facility that continue to satisfy the requirements for Commercial Operation applicable thereto, less losses to the Electric Interconnection Point, taking into account, among other things, line losses and any constraint imposed by the continuous active output power rating at a power factor of 0.95 (leading or lagging) of the step-up transformer that connects the Facility to the Host Utility’s transmission system.
