Net Interest Amount definition

Net Interest Amount. ’ means, with respect to any period, the Gross Interest Obligations for such period less the Gross Interest Receivables for such period or, in the case of prospective calculations, the estimated Gross Interest Obligations for such period less the estimated Gross Interest Receivables for such period.
Net Interest Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, the product of (i) one-twelfth of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v), (a)(vi) and (a)(vii), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.

  • Net Interest Expense means, for any period, the total of (a) Interest Expense for such period minus (b) Interest Expense to Affiliates for such period to the extent included in the amount referred to in clause (a) and related to (i) interest payments on debt obligations that are subordinated to the obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement, (ii) interest on Nonrecourse Indebtedness or (iii) Transitional Funding Instrument Interest.

  • Note Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date and a Class of Notes, the sum of the Note Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Note Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Class of Notes. For all purposes of this Agreement and the other Basic Documents, interest with respect to the Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months; and interest with respect to the Class A-1 Notes shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in each applicable Interest Accrual Period, divided by 360.

  • Excess Interest Amount means, on any date, the amount by which (i) the amount of all interest which would have accrued prior to such date on the principal of this Note, had the applicable Contract Rate at all times been in effect without limitation by the Maximum Rate, exceeds (ii) the aggregate amount of interest accrued on this Note on or prior to such date as limited by the Maximum Rate.

  • Assumed Interest Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and Class of Subordinated Certificates, one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class on the applicable Assumed Balance immediately prior to that Distribution Date.

  • Current Class A Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph first of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Current Class B Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class B Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth and twentieth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Collateral Interest Amount As of any date of determination, without duplication, the aggregate amount of Interest Proceeds that has been received or that is expected to be received (other than Interest Proceeds expected to be received from Defaulted Obligations, but including Interest Proceeds actually received from Defaulted Obligations), in each case during the Collection Period in which such date of determination occurs (or after such Collection Period but on or prior to the related Payment Date if such Interest Proceeds would be treated as Interest Proceeds with respect to such Collection Period).

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Reset Interest Determination Date means, in respect of any Reset Period, the day falling two Business Days prior to the beginning of the relevant Reset Period;

  • Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date for each Class of LIBOR Certificates, the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Pass-Through Rate on the related Class Certificate Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date, as reduced by such Class's share of Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls for such Distribution Date allocated to such Class pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • Accrual Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date prior to the applicable Accretion Termination Date and any Class of Accrual Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Class A Interest Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the Current Class A Interest Distribution Amount and (ii) the Class A Interest Shortfall Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph second of Section 4.01(a)(i) on such Distribution Date.
