Net Loan Rate Termination Date definition
Net Loan Rate Termination Date means, for a series of Series [ ] Notes for which the Net Loan Rate Trigger Date has occurred, the first day of an Auction Period which immediately follows three consecutive Auction Dates for such series of the Series [ ] Notes where the Auction Rate established on each such Auction Date for such series was equal to or less than a per annum rate equal to the sum of (a) the Ninety-One Day United States Treasury B▇▇▇ Rate in effect as of each such Auction Date plus (b) [ ]%.
Net Loan Rate Termination Date means, if a Net Loan Rate Trigger Date has occurred, the 25th day of a month which immediately follows two consecutive months for which both (a) the daily weighted average of the Auction Rates for all Indenture ARC Notes in effect during the month was equal to or less than the sum of (i) the bond equivalent yield on the 91-day United States Treasury bills sold at the last auction prior to the 25th day of the month plus (ii) 1.0%, and (b) Three-Month LIBOR as of the CP Determination Date was less than the sum of (i) the CP Rate for such month, plus (ii) 0.25%.
Net Loan Rate Termination Date means, for the Auction Rate Notes for which the Net Loan Rate Trigger Date has occurred, the first day of an Auction Period which immediately follows three consecutive Auction Dates for such Auction Rate Notes where (a) if the Net Loan Trigger Date occurred due to the applicable Auction Rate exceeding the sum of (i) the Ninety- One Day United States Treasury ▇▇▇▇ Rate in effect as of such Auction Date plus (ii) 1.0%, the Auction Rate established on each such Auction Date for such series was equal to or less than a per annum rate equal to the sum of (x) the Ninety-One Day United States Treasury ▇▇▇▇ Rate in effect as of each such Auction Date plus (y) 1.0% or (b) if the Net Loan Rate Trigger Date occurred due to One-Month LIBOR exceeding the Ninety-Day Commercial Paper Rate by more than 0.30%, One-Month LIBOR did not exceed the Ninety-Day Commercial Paper Rate by more than 0.30%.

Net Loan Rate Termination Date means, for a series of Series 2005-1 Auction Rate Notes for which the Net Loan Rate Trigger Date has occurred, the first day of an Auction Period which immediately follows three consecutive Auction Dates for such series of the Series 2005-1 Auction Rate Notes where the Auction Rate established on each such Auction Date for such series was equal to or less than a per annum rate equal to the sum of (a) the Ninety-One Day United States Treasury Bill Rate in effect as of each such Auction Date plus (b) 1.0%.
Net Loan Rate Termination Date means, for a series of Series 2002 Notes for which the Net Loan Rate Trigger Date has occurred, the 25th day of a month which immediately follows two consecutive months for which both (a) the daily weighted average of the Auction Rates for each series of Notes bearing interest based upon an auction mode in effect during the month for which such calculation is being made was equal to or less than a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the bond equivalent yield of 91-day United States Treasury Bills sold at the last auction prior to the 25th day of the month for which such calculation is being made plus (ii) 1.0% and (b) the most recently available Three-Month LIBOR as of the Reset Date for the CP Rate in the month for which such calculation is being made is less than the sum of (i) the CP Rate for the month for which such calculation is being made plus (ii) 0.25%.
Net Loan Rate Termination Date means, if a net loan trigger date has occurred, the first day of an auction period which immediately follows three consecutive auction dates, for which the auction rate established on the auction dates was equal to, or less than, a per annum rate equal to the sum of the ninety-day United States treasury bill rate as of each such auction date, plus 1%.
Net Loan Rate Termination Date means, for a Series of Series 2007-2 Auction Rate Notes for which the Net Loan Rate Trigger Date has occurred, the first day of an Auction Period which immediately follows three consecutive Auction Dates for such Series of the Series 2007-2 Auction Rate Notes where both: (i) the Auction Rate established on each such Auction Date for such Series was less than a per annum rate equal to the sum of the Ninety-One Day United States Treasury ▇▇▇▇ Rate as of each such Auction Date, plus 0.95%; and (ii) the most recently available Three-Month LIBOR rate, as of the CP Determination Date in the month for which such calculation is being made, was less than the sum of the CP Rate for the applicable month plus 0.25%.
