Net Offer definition

Net Offer means an offer of specified securities to the public but does not include reservations and promoters’ contribution brought in as part of the issue;
Net Offer means the Offer less the Employee Reservation Portion;
Net Offer means Issue of equity shares in the Issue excluding Market Maker Reservation Portion.
