Net Operating Results definition
Net Operating Results means operating costs minus operating revenues.
Net Operating Results shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.8.

By February 15, 1997, Boyd ▇▇▇ll deliver to the Shareholders a balance sheet of the Acquired Company (the "Estimated Closing Balance Sheet") based upon such determination (which shall include an adjustment based upon the Net Operating Results for December, 1997, as provided in Section 2.1.8.
