Net Plot area definition

Net Plot area means the area of the plot arrived at after deducting from the total holding the area covered by Development Plan reservations, existing public roads and area to be surrendered to SPA-NAINA if any. For FSI computation of land retained by the owner, the area under amenity space shall not be deducted.
Net Plot area means the area of the plot arrived after deducting from the gross area of the plot the area covered by IDP reservations, existing roads and amenity spaces.
Net Plot area means an area obtained after the deduction of area under DP reservations and DP roads from gross plot area.
